Collection: Weingut Pacherhof

Weingut Pacherhof, as they say in South Tyrol, is located in Neustift in the Dolomites. The Huber family has managed the place since 1141, and now it is Andreas Huber who is the kellermeister, who we call oenologist or winemaker here. Pacherhof has 8 hectares - all located around Neustift, and the fields lie from 620-900 meters above sea level. Ideal for white wines, and only white wines are produced on site. Wines are produced only from the local grapes, i.e. kerner, müller thurgau, grüner veltliner, sylvaner, pinot grigio, riesling and gewürztraminer.

Pacherhof undoubtedly belongs to the small elite of white wine producers from Alto Adige, several of which are precisely located in this area where Pacherhof is based.

All wines are crisp and extremely mineral, and only large casks are used, but to a limited extent.

Pacherhof runs a fantastic hotel with restaurant on site. There is both an indoor and outdoor pool, spa, etc.
