Collection: Vino da Tavola (VdT)

Vino da Tavola (VdT) is the Italian classification for "table wine". It is a designation for wines that do not meet the requirements for one of the higher classifications such as DOCG or DOC. VdT wines are often produced by smaller producers and may be made from a blend of different grape varieties or locations.

There are no special requirements for VdT wines, except that they must be made in Italy and meet minimum requirements for alcohol percentage and minimum requirements for fullness and consistency. VdT wines can have a greater variation in quality than higher classified wines, as they are not subject to the same strict controls and regulations.
