Cantine dell'Angelo Miniere Greco di Tufo Riserva DOP 2021

This wine has a straw yellow color that can vary in intensity. The aroma is pleasant, intense and characteristic, while the taste is fresh, dry and harmonious. Greco di Tufo is an exquisite wine for fish and shellfish and should be enjoyed at a temperature of 8°-10°C.

The grapes are carefully selected by hand and the must obtained by gentle pressing is fermented at low temperatures to preserve the full aroma of the wine. The finished wine then rests in steel tanks and is bottled only after natural maturation, without artificial additions.

Really nice structure and with a taste experience that exudes freshness and intense minerality.
