Domaine Hoffmann-Jayer Bourgogne Côte de Nuits-Villages 2017

The grapes grow on the three parcels En Fontenelle , Le Clos de Magny and La Montagne in the municipality of Corgoloin. Together, the 3 parcels make up an area of ​​1.3 ha.

It is a wine of 100% Pinot Noir and the grapes come from vines with an age of around 50 years.

The grapes are picked by hand at optimum ripeness and sorted and de-stemmed and placed in barrels to ferment for 20 to 25 days. The wine matures for 18 to 24 months in 30% new oak barrels, after which it is bottled without filtration.

The color is brilliant ruby ​​red and in the nose you notice ripe wild berries with a spicy undertone. In the mouth, the wine is fruity and with well-balanced acidity.
