Talmard Mallory Benjamin Mâcon-Chardonnay 2021

This lovely white burgundy chardonnay from Mâcon has plenty of texture and complexity.

The wine is not barrel-aged and appears with a nice purity and a crisp minerality. It is a light, fresh wine that is well balanced and with a delicious balance between fruit and fine acidity.

The 2021 harvest was very low, around 33% of the normal amount. This is due to a hard spring frost. This climatic event unfortunately has a strong impact on the entire 2021 vintage in Burgundy.
