Completely typical of the Ihringen wine region is this lovely Silvaner wine.

Grows on the southwest side of the Kaiserstuhl, Winklerberg.

Fresh and sour with the classic spicy sylvan character nicely integrated.

The taste is a combination of an elegant acid structure, fine yellow fruit aromas, delicate nutty notes and the minerality of the volcanic soil.

A taste with plenty of depth that just invites you to keep drinking.

Silvaner is known for being extremely harmonious as a food accompaniment, but is also wonderful as a chilled aperatif.
