Backöfele is the name of Weingut Stigler's two small terraces on the volcanic rock, directly on the southern tip of the Winklerberg.

The aroma is delightfully fruity with typical ripe aromas of cherries and red fruits in the best combination with pepper and tobacco.

The taste is juicy and structured on the palate with fine tannins. Wonderfully balanced by the ripe, juicy cherry and blackberry notes.

Earthly and minerally influenced by the volcanic subsoil of the Vorderer Winklerberg in Ihringen.

Nice long aftertaste.
