The field is located in Poggioferro on the northwestern slope of the old volcano Monte Amiata at an altitude of 500-550 meters.
The soil is enriched with limestone and minerals from the volcano. 1 HA.

Spontaneous fermentation, 10 days of carbonation maceration, then in open tonneaux and stainless steel.
Aging on steel.

Total production is 4000 bottles in this vintage.

Juicy, beautiful and lively - lots of acid. Perfect as a companion to the good steak.
