The grapes are de-stemmed, followed by a week of natural fermentation on skins in steel tanks.
The wine is then stabilized naturally. The wine is not clarified and not filtered.
After stabilization, the wine matures for 6 months in stainless steel tanks and then undergoes approximately 2 months of bottle aging.
Beautiful ruby red color with lively violet hues.
The scent is fresh and pleasantly fruity and slightly spicy.
The taste is wonderful with a nice structure and is extremely well balanced.
Dolcetto is what you can call an "everyday wine from the Langhe". It is uncomplicated, lovely and welcoming. It goes well as both a meditation wine and with everything from starters to the cheese platter.
A lovely wine that can be enjoyed all year round!
