Domaine Alexandre Bonnet Champagne Les Riceys Blanc de Noirs

This champagne can almost be described as the house's most important cuvée. It is an intense and expressive Champagne, considered to be the ultimate pinot noir expression from Les Riceys. The production of the wine is true to the grapes and the soil in the area and is produced with minimal processing.

The champagne is nicely balanced, and offers both an elegant dryness and a fresh and fruity flavor profile. Its bubbles are very fine and long lasting.

The scent is fresh and intense. It is tasty with hints of gooseberry, cherry and fresh quince.

Goes beautifully with fatty fish and shellfish. But also for charcuterie or simply as an aperitif.
