The grapes are harvested from the steepest slopes that Domaine Alexandre Bonnet has, and subsequently produced based on classic Burgundian principles. Domaine Alexandre Bonnet has a long and proud tradition of producing Rosé des Riceys, which is one of the three AOCs in the Champagne area. Don't be fooled by the word 'rosé' - the wine is more like a classic red wine from Burgundy than a traditional rosé wine. Quite a small production of this unique and extraordinary wine. A wine for Burgundy lovers!
