Nose of citrus and exotic fruits. Some of the most crisp and mineral wine from the heights.

The grapes for this fantastic wine come from the two fields of Champorrette and Bufferia di Aymavilles located 650 meters above sea level. The subsoil here is sand and moraine.

The wine has fermented for 12 days in steel tanks at 18 degrees Celsius, and subsequently the wine has been left on the lees for 2 months.

The color is straw yellow, and in the nose you are met by a delicate and floral nose of citrus, passion fruit and sage.

In the mouth you are also met by notes of grapefruit.

The wine is unheard of mineral, delicate and elegant, and it has a formidable acid balance. It's no secret that we are extremely excited about this wine, which in its time was the reason we started working with Les Crêtes.

Petite Arvine is a unique grape that is only grown in Aosta and Valais in Switzerland on the southern and northern sides of the Alps respectively. It has very small berries, which has given the name to the grape.

Both Switzerland and Aosta believe that it originally originated from them, but the latest research has shown that the grape is an old Aosta grape, formerly known as Orious.

The wine is very important to Les Crêtes, and the first vintage of the wine was 1992.
