The vines were planted in 2013, covering 0.57 hectares. The field is south-east facing and situated on a steep and rocky slope.

The soil is limestone with a thin layer of loam.

Hand harvested.

The grapes are pressed, and the must is lightly clarified before it reaches the barrel. Fermentation is achieved with natural yeast. The malolactic fermentation is typically completed during the winter months, in the underground cellars.

Matures in 350 liter casks.

Really nice Chardonnay that best expresses the farm's limestone terroir.

Beautiful golden color.

The scent is intense and mineral with notes of tropical fruits.

The taste is wonderfully balanced, dry, fresh and mineral.

Perfect for poultry and fish, for light dishes with a little richness and fat.
