Massolino Barolo Parafada DOCG 2017 1.5L

First produced in 1990. From 51-year-old canes from the Parafada field. Massolino has 1.13 Ha divided into plots 44-12-6-269 and 368. The height is 330 meters above sea level. Very stony soil with a lot of lime and sand.

Perhaps the most elegant of Massolino's wines from Serralunga.

The wine has fermented for 20 days at 31-33 degrees on cement and has subsequently been left for 30 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.

Long life awaits.

2017 was hot, but here you have a wine that is ready to drink faster than, for example, 2013 and 2016 vintages.
