Montenidoli Carato Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG 2021

A fantastic full-bodied and elegant wine. Thoughts immediately go to beautiful white wines from Burgundy.

The vernaccia plants thrive in the sandy limestone soil in the heights of San Gimignano. 350 m above sea level.

The untreated juice goes directly into oak barrels. 12 months in French barriques (225L) and finally at least 24 months in bottle.

The color is a beautiful golden.

The scent is intense and full of different perfumes, including jasmine flower and lemon.

The taste is delicate. Notes of citrus fruits and spices. A long tasty aftertaste.

It is perfect with the cheese at the end of dinner, after good red wines.
