Montenidoli Fiore Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG 2022

With this wine, the true expression of Vernaccia comes out in all its simplicity.

The vernaccia plants thrive in the sandy limestone soil in the heights of San Gimignano. Up to 350 m above sea level.

The untreated juice goes directly to steel barrels, without passing through the press. After fermentation, the wine is refined together with the sediment. It is then bottled and given age and finesse.

The color is a nice light yellow. The fragrance is ethereal and elegant. The taste is rich and mineral and persistent.

It is elegant and delicious as an aperitif, but is made for food cooked in butter.
