Weingut Stigler "M" Grauburgunder 2020

A skin-fermented Grauburgunder that almost has a rosé to orange color, with exciting structure on the palate and a fine balance of tannins.

The wine combines freshness and spice and is both structured, unusual and has a long, persistent aftertaste.

A fantastically versatile wine good for food, but also beautiful as an aperitif with a few salted almonds!

We recommend it both for light and red meat, spicy dishes, as well as for shellfish and fish - and it is perfect for barbecues.
