Winemaker's Dinner med Weingut Stigler - Restaurant Mark - 16. januar 2025

We hereby invite you to the Winemaker's Dinner with Weingut Stigler, our top German producer of wonderful wines from Ihringen am Winklerberg in the Baden region.

Thursday, January 16th, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Restaurant Mark.

We are incredibly excited to welcome Winemaker Maximillian and his wife Jessica, who together represent the 5th generation at the winery.

They will guide us through the entire history of Weingut Stigler, accompanied by formidable wines from riesling, chardonnay, and pinot noir/spätburgunder, alongside wonderful food.

Restaurant Mark is an elegant bistro located in the center of Copenhagen. It has already garnered many rave reviews and is even recommended by the Michelin guide. With a focus on Danish ingredients of the highest quality, the kitchen presents a series of refined, well-balanced dishes that master classic French techniques and demonstrate great culinary skill, which we are very excited to taste!

The passion and quality at Weingut Stigler have convinced us that this is a producer with whom we will have a long and fruitful collaboration, and we are very pleased that we can present a fine selection of their amazing wines this evening.
