Cascina Roccalini Langhe Nebbiolo DOC 2022

The wine has a very long maceration on cement, i.e. more than 45 days. The wine does not go on wood, but remains on the cement tank until it is bottled.

Very ripe and fresh with aromas of violets, rose petals, small ripe red fruits and wild berries.

Refined and juicy tannins and a lovely spicy finish.
