98% Treixadura and 2% Albariño. Treixadura is one of the traditional and ancient grape varieties of the region. The vines are planted at an altitude of up to 700 metres.

Due to the extreme conditions in the vineyards, the harvest is done by hand, with small 10 kg boxes, per zone, altitude and soil type. Once in the cellar, they are again carefully selected and vinified separately. Fermentation and maturation takes place in wooden barrels of various sizes and ages, concrete vats and stainless steel tanks.

No malolactic fermentation, which gives the wine a nice fresh acidity. Maturation in wooden barrels gives a nice fullness and roundness.

A fantastic wine that can last for many years.
