Graci Etna Rosso Arcuria DOC 2021

From Contrada Arcuria 600-870 meters above sea level in Passopisciaro on the northeast side of the volcano Etna. The soil is fantastically mineral, completely free of lime and very rich in iron and nitrogen.

After harvest at the end of October, natural fermentation without temperature control in 42 hl tini.

Then 18 months in large tins and then 8 months in bottle before release.
The wine is incredibly elegant and mineral. Great storage potential. Purely Burgundian in style.

The wine is biodynamically produced like everything else from Graci.
