A really nice and big Rosato.

The Canaiolo grapes thrive perfectly in the sandy soil 250 m above sea level.

The wine is made in steel barrels and bottled at the end of fermentation and then aged in the bottle.

A beautiful light pink color in the glass. The scent of summer; Mild red berries and violets. Orange blossoms and citrus notes.

The taste is full with lots of dryness and a crisp balanced acidity. Long delicious aftertaste with nice mineral notes.

Perfect as an aperitif now. With a little age, it is a wine that can also be matched with all dishes.
