Fermentation and maceration for 50 days in large open oak barrels. 24 months aging in large casks followed by 18 months in cement and a minimum aging of 12 months in bottle.

In the nose, it expresses itself as a symphony of aromas that go from the intense scent of red orange and violet to the fresh balsamic note of herbs. These vineyards are characterized by a creamier and silkier taste combined with a fun and vibrant saltiness.
