Fiordaliso Bianco – A fresh and mineral grechetto from Todi

Made from 100% grechetto di Todi, sustainably grown on calcareous and clayey soil near Todi.

This straw-yellow wine with green nuances offers aromas of white flowers, pink grapefruit, and green apples.

The taste is dry and fresh with a salty minerality and a vibrant acidity, making it both elegant and persistent.

The grapes are gently hand-harvested, fermented with natural wild yeast, and aged for six months in steel tanks with the fine lees. This process preserves the wine’s fresh and pure expression.

Perfect for fish, seafood, or as a crisp glass on the terrace.
