From Ihringen Fohrenberg. The vines are planted specifically for the sparkling wines.

Cuvée of 80% pinot noir, pinot blanc and chardonnay.

Produced like champagne with traditional bottle fermentation. A long yeast aging, for 2014 Pinot Rosé of over 73 months.

This fine mousseaux has a nice structure and elegance. It is fresh and fruity. A creamy and deep pleasure.

Can be enjoyed as an aperitif, but also works excellently with food.

Enjoy chilled, preferably in large glasses.

Alcohol 12.5%, residual sugar 4 g/l, Acid 7.1g/l
