The wine presents itself with a golden color and a complex aroma of ripe pear, roasted nuts, citrus, and a hint of butter and vanilla.

The taste is full-bodied and elegant with a creamy texture, balanced by a fresh acidity and a long, mineral finish.

The grapes come from limestone vineyards in Meursault, situated on southeast-facing slopes. This terroir gives the wine its unique balance between richness and minerality.

Classic vinification. The grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, and the must ferments in oak barrels, some of which are new. The wine is then aged on the lees for 12 months, contributing to its complexity and depth.

Ideal for dishes with butter-fried fish, creamy sauces, or elegant poultry dishes. Serve at 10-12 degrees, where its aromatic depth can truly unfold.
