It offers a brilliant golden color and a complex aroma of ripe pear, white flowers, citrus, and a discreet nutty note.

The taste is full-bodied and balanced with notes of peach, lemon, and a subtle minerality, ending with a long and silky-smooth finish.

The grapes come from well-maintained vineyards in Puligny-Montrachet, where chalky soil and vineyards up to 300 meters high give the wine its special elegance. A cool microclimate ensures slow ripening and intense aroma development.

After hand harvesting and gentle pressing, the wine is fermented in oak barrels, some of which are new. Subsequent maturation on the lees for 12 months adds depth and complexity to the wine without overpowering its fresh character.

This wine is ideal for dishes with seafood, light meat, or butter-fried mushrooms. Serve it at 10-12 degrees to bring out all the nuances.
