Detta är en klassisk Brunello Riserva av Sangiovese med markant tannin, frisk syra och god fyllighet från det varma toskanska klimatet och den långa lagringen. Tanninerna blir mjukare och mer avrundade när de möter feta, proteinrika rätter, så välj kraftigt tillagat kött med rik textur, där fettet stoppar och slätar ut munnen. Vinets syra skär samtidigt genom fetma och umami, så att bräserade och långkokta rätter faller naturligt i linje. Håll dig borta från magra fiskrätter, där tanninet lätt får en metallisk kant.

Certified organic (Valoritalia). Lustrous mid ruby with orange tinges. Generous, lifted nose that slowly opens up in the glass. Lush, juicy cherry fruit laced with finely grained tannins. Has a lightness of touch that defies the actual alcohol.
